Call for Asymmetric Health Decentralisation in Indonesia

Disparities, Inequalities and inequities are still significant problems after decades of experiencing health decentralisation. This study arranges massive issues on decentralisation to endorse improvement. The analysis offers insight into practices in Indonesia perform affairs. A systematic review approach was practised identify the Scopus database PubMed MEDLINE from 1999 2020, using terms "health" "decentralisation." Inclusion criteria were final manuscript, full-text access, elaborate administration decentralised era. Non-journal articles non-Indonesia research sites applied as exclusion criteria. analysed 32 reports through Vosviewer tools confirm trends based word frequency mentioned abstract. Using Atlas.ti qualitative apps tools, full text identified manuscript categorisation main issues; 1) intergovernmental relations, 2) fiscal capacity, 3) regional capacity capability implementation gap, obstacles, pros cons Indonesia's experience found that changing patterns mismanaged unequal distribution resources raises inequality issues.
